- If an insurer is dissolved due to cancellation of registration as per section 13, the liability shall be paid based on the following priority:- (a) expenses incurred during dissolution, (b) insurance claim payment amount to be given to the insured as per section 16, c) Remuneration and other remaining amount to be received by the employees of the insurer, (d) Loan amount, (e) Amount to be paid to the committee, (f) Amount to be paid to the Government of Nepal.
